Irs Stimulus Information Does Not Match Records

We have not filed for 2019 yet and are using 2018 information directly from our finalized taxes through turbotax.

When i try to use the get my payment feature on irs gov it says that the information entered ssn dob and home address doesn t match their records i used the usps locator for multiple addresses i ve lived in over the last couple years and yesterday i got locked out. I ve entered 2018 and 2019 tax information and get irs website says information does not match their record on file and get locked out for 24hours. It could be for these reasons the irs says.
